if i walk and run every other day and do ab workouts will i lose fat?
i cant go to a gym so if i walk and run everyother day and do ab workouts can i get rid of the fat on my lower stomach and sides?
If you burn more calories than you consume, you’ll loose fat, including in your problem areas.
But we don’t really loose fat selectively: 1000 calories burned doing crunches won’t cause the fat over your abdomen to decrease any more than a thousand calories burned any other way.
The underlying muscle tone from the crunches will improve your look, but at the end of the day, it’s still about the calories. So do something you enjoy, something that will keep you active and make your workouts fun, not punishment.
