Okay so I need to lose a little bit on extra tummy fat fast. and i have a little "muffintop" and need to completely lose that so i look good wearing tshirts and tanktops without that flab over your pants look. my muffintop isnt big. its just small.

you cannot lose weight by just exercising a certain area. you can lose weight, but your body has complete control over where it comes off. your "muffin top" may only be an issue for you. other people may not even notice.
