What Are Good Exercises to Lose Belly Fat and Tighten You Abdomen?

Ok soo I’m trying to lose belly fat because that’s the only place I gain weight. And I need exercises that will really target that area. I’m wanting to lose at least 5-10 pounds. Also is it possible to lose weight and still eat junk food (like non diet food but still somewhat healthy) and lose weight if you exercise everyday?

  2. heres a few suggestions -steak and kidney pudding ,sassperella(a soft drink) a ploughmans lunch (matured cheddar cheese.chutney,pickled onions,uncut bread) custard creams (biscuits) cheese on toast (use `lancashire` cheese) pork pie,good quality sausages with mashed potatoes and fried onions,rhubarb crumble and custard,liver and bacon.that should keep you going for the first day! don`t forget a nice cup of tea.
