Does yoga make you lose weight?
I heard it makes you lose weight and makes you taller?
I’m vegan and I’m starting to eat 3 times a day, as of today. I usually eat alot, however I am not fat. But I really would love to lose some extra inches and tighten some things up a bit.. I walk on the tredmill 20 minutes a day and I drip of sweat and get sore and exhausted so that’s all I do really. Do you think this plus yoga and healthy foods will make me lose some weight fast?
I also have Herbal Slimming Tea, Ultra Slim Tea, and Thermo Slim Tea. Not sure those do much other than make me go to the bathroom alot though.
And usually when I get off the tredmill it says I burned 99 calories. Is that good?
Your plan sounds good but you need to eat some carbs and protein after you exercise otherwise you will get weak and you won;t be building any muscle strength. Ideally you should be eating up to six portions of food a day. The slimming teas won’t do anything for your weight though as there are no calories in tea anyway. If your vegan and eating lots of fruit an veg you could eat as much as you like. Just stay away from the processed foods as they’re packed with hidden calories and sugars and sugar is the worst when you’re trying to tone up. Keep it up and you’ll be grand but have one chocolate day a week!
