Facebook: on.fb.me Twitter: bit.ly View all recipes here: leanbodylifestyle.blogspot.com These protein bars are so simple to make and are by far the most delicious protein bar I have ever made. I used vanilla flavored protein from Optimum Nutrition, but you could use chocolate if you want. Try this one out because they’re awesome. 1. @xllClouDllx Yea I know dat :) , but I thought that carbohydrates encourage fat storage, especially when eating Fat + Carbohydrates,

  2. I think they should be baked… I have seen some people do that but never tried making anything in my kitchen that needs an oven :)

  3. There! Just finished making them, so im now waiting for them to be cooled in my fridge!
(Couldnt resist eating some of the dough.. It tastes awesome!Oo)

  4. Curious…has anyone tested how long these stay good for? Since there’s milk in them I’m a little worried that they will spoil if left in a pack too long.

  5. I made these with almond milk yesterday and had them in my bag all night and all day today and they are still fresh and taste great.

  6. WOW awesome vid, i cant wait to make some now… I have all the same ingredients already… its on

  7. Hey, I wrote a hub on hubpages about this recipe. I linked your video in it and everything, just thought I would let you know :D . I can take it off if you really don’t want it on there.

  8. Just whipped up a batch of these! They’re so good!!! And also much more cheaper than buying them.

  9. This is too easy man, even I see myself making this. I’ve always had a love for sweets since a kid, this helps a lot with the cravings for snickers bars ^_^

  10. @gmaloukos i checked and i saw that at least for the powder i’m using, 46 grams if you’re cutting this into 5 pieces! my powder is called body fortress super advanced whey protein powder

  11. If you’re looking for a chocolate peanut butter protein bar for bodybuilding, come to my channel to watch how i make my homeade ones. 300 calories, 30 grams of protein

  12. @sarahscreamm Na man, i got 5lbs of EAS’s 100% whey protein for 32$, not bad at all

  13. Except it isn’t. 30-40 bucks for 5 pounds of whey is way better than the amount of money you’d spend buying protein bars or premade shakes every day.
