  5. Jorge, I just received your book The Belly Fat Cure. I have decided my husband and I are going to change our life with your book. We are both overweight. My husband is at least 100 lbs over weight > He has tried all the diets out their, only to gain more after he stops. I am afraid he won’t be around to see our grandkids grow up. So here we go I hope with all my heart it works for us both to save our lives and health.

  6. My father has low blood sugar and also has a fat belly. This diet won’t work for everybody.

    This guy is amateur: he thinks he can attribute ALL belly fat to blood sugar issues??? Genetics?

    I personally work out and eat a lot of protein.

    You MUST exercise to get rid of excess fat. I guarantee you that this guy also jogs/runs miles every week. -> Hormones change with increased exercise -> less belly fat.

    Save your $, don’t buy any books, just walk/jog/run.

  8. I just stared this program and only 4daysof eating low sugar and carbs, my blood sugar levels are back to normal. in the past dyas it when over 200 mm/dl. i fill great, i’m not drinking sodas, not even diet ones. i just want to drop 20 pounds, so i could fill better. Thanks

  9. There’s a part of the video where you say “Not enough carbs and sugar can make your body lock in false fat?” I don’t get that. So no sugar or carbs is just as bad?

  10. @panosv Good carbs help flush out your intestines, especially if they’re high in fiber. You need to good fiber to stay regular.
