  1. Hi Scott, how essential is the 20 sec – 10 sec ratio to the effectiveness of the exercises? I use an Ironman watch with a timer but I can’t set alternating periods. I therefore do either 20 sec – 20 sec sets, or 15 sec – 15 sec sets. Thx!

  2. @TicoToni13 20secs on 10secs is the ideal tabata timing unless you are doing sprints then its 30secs on 30secs off. That applys to the pool too, 30secs on 30secs treading water. That I cant recommend highly enough.

  3. Shouldn’t she be alternating which forearm she goes down on first for the suicide planks? There’s no balance otherwise.

  4. Im in pretty good shape but seeing a girl that fit makes me wanna get into GREAT shape so I can maybe pick up a workout partner that looks like her.

  5. It takes 5 minutes to do the exercise. It takes 10 to pry the lycra out of her ass crack.
