how many times should i run a day?
Ok so i’m a teen guy going for fat removal. i have the tiniest bit of fat on my stomach cause ive lost all my other fat and want this small bit of fat gone. so for about 3 weeks i’ve been running 2 times a day for 40 minutes at 6.5 miles per hour. now my question is, would it be better to run just once a day for an hour at 7mph.? or keep with the 2 at 6.5mph.? which is best for fat loss? and if there is anything better with running i could do then please tell. but just so you know i have asthma and i’m a recovering anorexic so i can’t go forever lol thank you
more intense and challenging are the best
and just make sure youre always increasing your time if you reach a plateau
