help pleez, what should i do if…?
i have a little bit of stomach fat. not a lot just so when i sit down it kind of bulges out of my pants, its only noticeable when i take my shirt off (almost never) still, i feel self conscious about it and want to lose it. especially by summer time, when it will matter because i will be in a bikini a lot. i want to start losing it now, so it will be all good by then. im only 13 so i get the hormones and whatnot are going crazy and that this is normal. im not planning on doing anything drastic, just change up my eating habits and what not. i dont get much exercise so i am sure this is why i have this fat. so basically what i am asking is what exercises should i do to burn it off and make my abs and thighs look good? i also want to burn it off before it gets worse and i become a total fatty

Since you are still pretty young and starting puberty, all I can suggest is be really active.
This basically just rids the calories that you have a day, which you should be doing already.
I remember this stage lol, i tried starving myself and it just slowed down my metabolism and i gained weight quicker, so dont do that.
Just be healthy and life some weights and do sit ups ![]()
