I Need To Burn Fat, What Should I Do??
So i need to burn around 20 pounds of fat in 2 months. What should I do. Currently im 215 pound and 6 foot 3 inches. All of fat is in my stomach and man titties. I would really like to loose my tits becasue they are embarrasing because i dont fee lcomfortable taking my shirt off.
So wahts the fastest way to burn fat?
How many calories should i eat per day?
Waht food s should i eat. I know veggies and fruit but waht else? Is dairy good for you too(cheese and milk). I also eat meat everyday for supper.
So how much exercise should I do per day? How many hours. Remember i want to burn 20 pounds of fat in 2 maybe 3 months. Also i dont really like running becasue my anckles get soar.
Also is it ok to lift weights when tring to burn fat?

It takes burning 3000 calories to lose 1 lb of fat. SO IF you are serious you need to get a heart rate monitor. A good one that counts calroies and everything.
Then figure out your resting HR. The book should tell you how.
While you are going through all of this get a journal-write down EVERYTHING you eat. No kidding EVERYTHING. If it goes in your mouth write it down. Even drinks, a peice of gum, candy EVERYTHING.
Figure out your resting caloric burn. It should be around 2000 a day.
So Cardio, weight training and eating right WILL do the trick.
So you know if you burn 2000 calories a day you are probably eating some 4000 calories a day without even knowing it. Which is keeping you where you are or making you gain.
Get a gym membership!!!! If you have to go there you WILL work out. Staying at home gives you WAY TOO many excuses not to do it.
Go to the gym in the morning and ALWAYS workout for at least 45 minutes. If it is just walking on the treadmil or riding the stationary bike. Get used to going. If they have classes JOIN them. Dont be worried about everyone else. Trust me they are more worried about you checking them out, you are the new guy. Before you know it you will be craving the gym, trust me.
As for food- Cut out the junk. Eat FRESH. If someone else had to make it for you it probably has a lot of stuff in it you dont need.
Dont do the 3 times a day. Eat 5 times a day.
My sample day:
0430 Up and drinking 8oz of water
0500-0600- stretching and elliptical with 16 oz of water
0630 Eat a healthy breakfast- get your energy boost here.
0700 work
0900 Snack- 1 yogurt, or a sugar free jello and 16 oz of water
1100 Lunch- Always a salad with a good sorce of protien no bigger than the size of my fist. Again with water
1330 Snack- Cheese and pickles or celery and PB
1530 off from work (No lunch out) and back to the gym. I take a spinning class for 45 minutes. 16 oz of water
1700 preping dinner Nothing on my plate larger than 1 cup. Perhaps Zuccini spaghetti or fish and brussel sprouts. Usually eat around 1800
1900 getting everything ready for tomorrows day.
2100 off to bed with another 8 oz of water. Turn everything off tomorrow is coming early.
If you are doing this for you then think about YOU. Dont think about anything else. 2 months will fly by.
I just did it… On month 3 and have lost 20 lbs so far. Good luck.
