A simple way to lose the belly, thighs, buttocks and fat?
It has to be fast, but I need results. I can not get one of those weight loss pills, because I'm only 12. Some kind of exercise that uses machines is good. Thanks!
I just read something that said this morning Cardio is the way to get rid of belly fat. Plain and simple. Walking, even will. But you have to walk at least 30 minutes 5 to 7 days a week and walking briskly not just a walk. Goal 3 miles per hour or more. Trust me, I'll try this too. Going to the gym has not done so because they do not spend enough time on the tape.
