I am about 175 and would like to be about 130. so about 45 LBS I want to loose. I am 5″3′ and I want to be in my “healthy range” but i have been working out and staying away from fast food and all the right things im supposed to do but I want a weight loss pill that is SAFE for someone who isn’t extremely overweight but that works fast
