How many crunches a day can my cousin to lose belly fat fast?
My cousin has a chubby stomach and most people say that squats are the fastest way to get rid of belly fat. I could do, as at least 125 a day?
I do not recommend do 125 a day. That could really damage your abdominal muscles to build them. You really can not lose weight around your belly, doing sit-ups anyway. The best way to lose fat is to do intense cardio (like kickboxing). However, if your cousin wants a six pack, not really recommend it. I get cramps at all times and indigestion of the muscles are so big. It's good to be fit, but sometimes an athletic body can be taxing on the stomach muscles.
