Its not really a matter of P90X “OR” Fat Loss Life Style
After P90X people will need another routine to do so it doesn’t get boring always challenging yourself. I respect that you give the program props but both programs can work in harmony. I will be doing another program after P90X and go back to it later so that my body can get used it all over again so that it is tough like when I started

One thing about P90X is that it’s designed for users who aren’t making fitness their lifestyle. Most of these people don’t have the time or desire to go to a gym so P90X works for them in regards to getting healthy and staying fit. Of course no P90X user is going to look like Darin.
