Darin, I workout 2 to 3 times a week(moday,wednesday,friday). is it better to do intervall cardio right after my workouts or on the days between? I hope my english is good enough to understand haha

i wish you could travel to train me! i live in california and i finally decided to get in shape. Im a 21 year old woman that weighs 192 lbs. Although people always tell me that my “fat” distributes evenly and i dont look 190, i dont feel like my self. I get out of breath fast and im always sleeping so my energy is pretty low. Do you have any advice to actually get out of bed and work out? I always start going to the gym but i get so sore that i actually get discouraged :/
