Meal Plan to Lose Belly Fat

Is this a good plan for losing belly fat?

Over the summer Ì`ve been eating plenty of junk food and now my stomach is bulging, but it`s not that bad although I`d still like to lose only a pound or 2. I need to get your opinion on if this is a good way to lose belly fat:

Food: I am planning on balancing my meals and being cautious on what I eat. I`ll be eating 3 meals per day and 3 snacks in between with atotal of 1200-1500 calories per day.

Exercise: For exercise, I am going to do a combination of cardio/strength training and stomach exercises. For cardio I am starting a walking program where I’ll be walking 10,000 steps 3 times a week. For strength training I am doing it after my walk for 20 minutes with 5-10 pound weights. For stomach exericses I have a plan with basic crunches, reverse crunch, bicycle move, etc I am doing daily.

I am doing this for about 1 month. Do think this is a good plan? Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks!

If you’re exercising that much you might need to eat a little more.

Walking is only good for cardio if you keep your heartbeat above 85 a minute.

Strength training isn’t done with 5-10 pound weights unless you are using your fingers.

Your stomach exercises sound good.

strength training doesn’t help burn much fat, but 10000 steps is pretty significant.

Even what you said before should burn a heck of a lot more than 1 or 2 pounds.

I’d walk less, but do it 4 times a week and i’d do strength training on the days I don’t walk.

I’d keep with the stomach exercise.
