Lost weight, but how I can lose belly fat?
Hey guys, just a little story for you, I'm in my second year in college and high school weighed 280 pounds. I worked really hard to do cardio and now weighs 230 pounds. I basically lost a large majority of my fat, but still I have the belly. I started doing a lot of ab exercises to get rid of it, but anyone here have any suggestions?
