when i was in my youth i was very skinny, as growing
and aging i developed a bad eating habit, i used to eat
alot of junk food, examples chocolate, chips and ice cream
i start gaining alot of when i was in high school grade 9 or so
then i start realisin that weighin alot its a problem i count have played the sports, or eat the same food as before, so i went and lost about 100 pounds, right now im six feet 2 and i weight around 175 i just need tips to gain a six pack, for the summer
so i can feel better about myself, i want to gain a six pack and lose man titties, im feeling embrassed telling you guys this but
i really need help from all the people, please help me, and let me know how long to do a ab session and how to lose belly fat? and lose man titties?? it well be appericated it thanks……
yeah, eat healthy foods, harvard public health nutrition guide has some general guidelines. AVOID (PARTIALLY INCLUDED) HYDROGENATED OILS (WHICH ARE TRANS FATS!)! One cannot stress enough how bad these things are for you. Read labels carefully, because foods can have up to 0.5 g trans fats/ hydro oils and still say they have 0 g trans fats.
and also, exercise. Pump iron, indeed. do the circuit. limit to 40 minutes. do each system until you can’t do any more good-form reps. then couple each workout with a 30 minute run. or alternate days. execise at least 4 times a week. And do body exercises as a supplement. Also, do exercises that work numerous muscles, as you will not get muscle growth by working the muscle in isolation (this is one of the reasons why lifting “machines” are not as good).
look up the article “who needs sit-ups” written by a military fitness guy who knows how to get a six pack. and most of all, be dedicated.
