I am currently watching my food 6 small meals a day, no sugar, barely any salt, fruits for snacks, less bread, less red meat…

And running/walking/running for about 40 minutes a day
Also do 15 minutes of yoga stretches, and 15 minutes or aerobics with 1 kg weights in my hands

You’ll have to adjust your diet even though uu are already on a diet. I’ve had weight problems before, and it’s really a matter of what you eat, plus how much you move.
Start with eliminating stuff with sugar (except fresh fruit, and maybe lightly sweetened whole grain cereal), cut out everything fried, red meat, and white starchy foods (so no white rice, potatoes, white bread). stop eating cheese, but you drink low fat milk, 1%
Eat more fiber, like brown rice, unfrosted miniwheats, vegetables and fruits.
Then combine that with more exercise. If you’re really out of shape, try walking for 30 minutes, then gradually add jogging to the mix.
