  1. I cook my eggs in the microwave and they come out perfect just like that 1 min 20 sec but break the yolk or it will explode put a pinch of salt and pepper don’t even make a mess

  2. I eat 2-3 of these everyday, its a great post work out meal. (Protein + Carbs)

  3. @DucRacerX No, eggs are nutritous and good for you. You only need to remove the yolks if you’re gonna scarf down like 20 of them. The bread could be replaced with some oatmeal. Bread is the devil.

  4. Update! Replace the bread in this video with Ezekiel 4:9 bread. It is a sprouted bread and has less impact on raising blood sugar. I also think it is a great tasting bread. Most groceries stores in the south east USA have it in the freezer section.

Oh, and eggs are NOT bad for you. I will post the research showing why.

  5. Eggs are not bad for you but they contain a lot of fat unless you take out the yolks, and two slices of bread is not recommended if you want abs

  6. healthy breakfast ideas…
    3 eggs..
    oatmeal..
fruit: apples, oranges, grapes, and so on…
    tall glass of water

  8. @napischu Eggs were demonized for years mainly because people would eat FRIED eggs,FRIED bacon,FRIED sausages,FRIED hash browns and white bread toast dripping with butter. When body fat and cholesterol became big issues they blamed the poor old innocent egg.I remember in nutrition class in high school 27
years ago we were told to have 2 a week!!!

  9. you want to eat whole grains not refined. bread that is healthy is made from whole wheat like sprouted rye bread or pumperknickle.hope this helps you guys ;)

  10. no food will make you “lose” fat, and you cant target any area for fat reduction. The only way you will lose fat is to be in a caloric deficit, which is achieved through eating less or/and working out more. You can eat brownies and cookies all day, the fact of the matter is if you are in a caloric deficit you will lose weight. great video.

  11. bread generally needs the sugar, along with yeast to rise, thats why there is so much sugar in bread. generally there is sugar in bread even if you cant taste a remote sweetness! and whole eggs are not bad for you, but when most people add butter in the frying process, and to the toast thats when it adds so much cals, and sat fats. whole eggs are only bad when you eat six or eight yolks. and to get alot of protein you need alot of eggs! three is fine. so you can gtfo you magazine bodybuilder you

  12. I stopped eating grains about a year ago and I used to eat this bread. But I never figured out if it was gluten free. I know it has sprouted grains in it which reduces some of the problems. Do you know if it is gluten free? Check out the book “Wheat Belly” to see why wheat in particular can lead to a fat gut as well as other health problems. Maybe some tubers like sweet potatoes would be a better choice.
