what is good cardio for a 20 year old male trying to lose love handles and belly fat?

I’m 6’2″, 190, I am in average shape but have some stubborn belly fat and love handles that are way too big. I usually do weight training one day, then the next day do cardio. I usually run 1.5 miles in about 10 minutes. Is that enough? Can anyone recommend anything else that will help shed some pounds, I try to swim when I can or cycle, How long should I do those activites for?
