  5. @freedomtolivelife : actually…. Slash is right… but! vegetables will give you a lot more energy than candy, and as you get more energy you push yourself a lot harder, making you burn calories.

    i aint drank pop in over 3 or 4 years!
    and at age 6 or 7 thats all i drank none stop!
    im proud 2 say i aint had one sip!
    but sadly i didnt lose weight from it,
    now im working on kissing goodbye to fast foods!

  7. It is hard for me to lose weight.. unless i have a reason for it but, then again there are always reasons like HEALTH, Dating, Sport events, social gathering etc.

  9. hey im fourteen and i can tell im traveling down the wrong road for my weight,ive always told myself im not gonna get fat but i have. i always say well ill lose weight tommorow or ill start next week but never go through with it i need help with this problem and my main cause is cause i eat when im bored any advice

    Just pretend that the thing inside you, telling you to eat , is another person bossing you round and laughing at you while you do nothing ,pretend it was like that your whole life and you want to punch it in it’s face but you can’t , and the only way to upset it is to lose weight and beat it at it’s own game …

  12. @ajalicia101 Sweetie, junk food is the worst thing you can eat. I don’t know your weight, but eating a junk food heavy diet can cause you to pick up Diabetes and other diseases. If you are eating lots of McDonalds, chips, bagged snacks, candy, etc, you should cut back to one a week, then none. Stick to natural snacks like apple, peanuts, peanut butter, etc instead. Apples and Peanut Butter are actually a great filling snack. I cut out Soda and don’t eat sweets and my body feels better.

  15. I’ve been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I’m a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.

    HOW TO LOSE FAT

    1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat “low glycemic” carb sources in the day).

    2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.

    3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

    4) Perform high intensity interval training.
