How to lose weight quickly without your parents knowing?
I am 5’7 123 pounds and 16 years old and i need to lose weight around my stomach i feel like i have love handles and a tummy although i am athletic and in ok shape and everything. If i tell my parents i want to lose weight then they will give me the speech about how i should be happy with my body..blah..blah..blah. I already eat low fat everything and do crunches and planks at least once a day. Is there any way to lose this weight its so frustrating??!!
