I’ve been trying to lose weight, and I have lost the right amount of weight in my stomach area, but my legs still look the same. My legs are huge, & the fat on the inward sides of my legs have not come off yet. I was just wondering what I could do to lose the weight in my legs and build muscle instead of fat?

You CANNOT spot reduce. When working out you cannot tell your body to use fat/burn it from a certain area of your body. Thus if you want to make your legs appear slimmer you would have to lose fat from the whole body. Could you imagine if you could spot reduce? Someone could have the biggest belly and have little chicken legs, lol.
If you wanna make your legs stronger and loose some of the fat in them I suggest you do a lot of squats, you should work on exercises specifically for your legs to help loose the weight there and switch it to muscle. However, there is only so much weight you can loose there, if you are genetically meant to have a thickness to your lower body you will have it.
