How can I lose this stubborn belly fat?

For about two years now I’ve been trying to lose some stubborn belly fat and nothing I’ve tried has worked. I have good eating habits. I work out usually 5-6 days a week for about 90 mins every time. I’ve tried doing little rep sit ups and running, with training with weights. I don’t know what to do and need some help. Does anyone have an answer for me?Please help.
