How to Lose Postpartum Belly Fat

How do I lose my flabby loose belly after giving birth?

I am 4 weeks postpartum and I need serious help loosing a large amount of loose jiggly belly? It seems like its not even fat just skin! Is it too soon to do sit ups? What exercises can I do to loose it? I am feeling self conscious and I need to ask women out there what can I do? What really works? How did you loose your postpartum belly?

hey well i’ve never been pregnant, yet ha, but my mom had three kids via c-section and had a lot of flabby belly fat…. she exercises daily and eats really well… she stretches and also uses weights and makes sure she gets her heart rate up… she never does crunches/situps and i’d say 80-85% of her belly fat/stretched skin… is gone. she looks great… especially for 45 with three kids…

i’m sure you can figure out a regime, even on your own, and see some results…try yoga and pilates, too… there’s lots of tapes… better yet, join a gym and think positively… goodluck, you deserve to look and feel great – you’re a Mom! icon smile
