How to lose some belly fat in a few weeks?
I’m going on vacation in about 3 1/2 weeks, and I’d really like to lose some fat off of my abdominal area. I’m not overweight or anything, I just want to lose the excess fat. I eat a very healthy diet, I have a lot of fiber and protein and things like that. I eat 5-6 small meals each day, and I drink a lot of water. I also take frequent walks/jogs and lift weights. Any tips or tricks to help me tone up quick in a few weeks? Thanks (:
Try to do Cardio in the morning on empty stomach as soon as you get up, it burns more calories, which means more fat is burned! Keep eating healthy and drink plenty of water!

some people are just jerks! don't listen to them. stress from other people is the last thing you need right now.
