In order to loose fat you need to reduce the amount of calories you consume (eat less) or increase the calories you burn (exercise more). I would suggest doing a 5 day workout routine. Full body exercise routine on Monday Wednesday and Friday and cardio on Tuesday and Thursday (take the weekends off). You will build muscle and burn fat with this if you also eat a sensible diet.
