How to Easily Lose Belly Fat

pregnancy belly fat! help?

Just have a question…..do younger mothers lose their post-pregnancy belly fat more easily than older mothers? Typically how long before the stomach shrinks back to normal size?

It’s just according to how how skinny you were before you were pregnant and how much weight you gained.
I personally weighed 135 when I got pregnant with my first son and only gained 20 pounds. I didn’t lose it in time because after 7 months I was pregnant with my second. I only gained 14 pounds with him. I was 142 when I got pregnant, but it was like I was still big. It’s like you have to losse the pregnancy weight plus more just to get back to your old size. My hips were still hugh and everything. I watched my weight and didn’t gain much so it has helped. Don’t worry neither, I didn’t starve the baby. My first was 7-10 and he was two weeks early and my second was 8-12 and he was a week early. I have big babies!
