How can I lose my belly fat?

I’m average size but I have always struggled with stubborn excess fat on my stomach. I’d like to know if there are some good exercises to quickly loose belly fat? Also, is there an effective diet for stomach fat loss,like certain foods I should eat to burn fat or foods I should avoid to prevent bloating?

Some foods that you may think are health can actually cause extra weight. Avoid whole wheat and soymilk as they can increase belly fat.
