You must do some cardio exercises like running, swimming, walking, you get the point. Also abs like the person above me said. Also do things like crunches. Eat healthier. Don’t eat as much junk food. This will take time so be patient. But depending on your body it differs for everyone the amount of time. If you have a slow metabolism, it will be harder. Just be persistent.
