I have been trying for years to get rid of my tummy fat. I exercice more than most girls i know and eat better to ,yet they seem to be the skinny ones. I KNOW i eat better than my sister yet she is still so much thinner in the stomach department. I have been ridiculed and even asked if i was pregnant because of this problem. Any advice?

Cardio and reducing body fat index ( BFI ) is the key to getting a flat stomach.
stand on one leg!!!! I know it sounds rediculous but to keep your balance you have to use alot of stomach muscles. u can get balancing balls, which you can stand on and then try to keep your balance on one leg.
Well Running/walking is great. Doing actual sit-ups not just crunches. If you build weight under the fatty tissues it may help you to burn more fat and get better results. Good luck!
Hun,obviously you’re not pregnant..You can’t really lose a specific spot of weight,if you get lipol-suction..then..But,you can do Sit-Ups,it burn the stomach,therfore,working it out,you can also try laughing alot.It works the stomach muscles…xD

Make sure to do a combo of aerobic exercise such as running to lose the fat, along with a workout to build up your stomach muscles such as crunches. How old are you and your sister? This could have something to do with the difference.
