Im not like gigantic its just i have a bit of extra tummy fat id really like to loose. because its really embarassing in the pool and stuff. please help. like simple exercises. i also have a pool.

swimming is a great way to tone up the body! you should go for it! swim 3-4 times a week for 40 mins and you’ll soon see some results… and try to reduce intake of sweets and junk food!
