How Can I Lose Belly Fat a Week Before School?

I don’t have much, I just have a bit more than I did before I left school, so I have about a week or so, to lose a bit of belly fat. I don’t want to take any pills or anything, I just need suggestions.

  1. Lime Juice always works (not the sweetened one), u can also drink lemon juice in place of lime.
    Preferably, in empty stomach in the morning just before breakfast.
    Eat fruits and veggies, reduce ur "fat" comsuption…avoid crisps and junk..

    Sit ups are very good, do them mostly in the mornings. Try skipping and swimmin too- its really effective, trust me. Running or jogging in the mornings is also worth it.

    Aerobics, Yoga makes it faster to reduce your fat along with the above things.
    But maintain what you eat…first, .. drink lots of water, reduce fatty stuff , eat healthy and a little bit of the exercise will take you to ur goal. ;)
