Home Remedies to Lose Stomach Fat

What does walking/running do?

I hate the gym and I hate sitting around doing remedies of home exercises. However I like to walk/jog/run, dance, and do crunches. So my question is how effective is walking? I want to lose my stomach pouch, lose some fat on my inner thighs, and some from my legs. Basically I want to know is walking and eating right enough because thats all i really like to do besides dancing and crunches

Yes it is enough. Walking/running is cardio work. It works out your heart and helps you lose weight. My husband and I walk and do crunches, and I think we look pretty good for 40 and 43. We bought one of those eliptical machines for when it’s too cold or rainy out. My husband does 30 minutes on the machine and then 3 sets of crunches(not sure how many,15 or 20), about 5 days a week. I only do 15 minutes and 2 sets of 10 on the crunches, 3 days a week. Stretching is also great for elongating and making your legs look better, not to mention just feeling better. If we walk outside we just go until we’re tired, just enjoy the scenery. You don’t have to kill yourself to get into shape.
