Healthy Eating to Lose Weight

Is this a good healthy eating plan to lose weight?

I’m combining this with running 2 or more miles every day, along with weight lifting 4 days a week, and yoga twice a week.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with a bit of sugar and cinnamon.
Applesauce.
Some other kind of fruit depending on how hungry I am.
Water

Lunch:
Yogurt
Salad with 2 sprays of dressing
Almonds
Water

Dinner:
Boca Burger
Salad or some other kind of vegetables
Yogurt or fruit

Is this good? Any suggestions?

Not enough calcium, not enough protein and not enough healthy fats!

Try this ..

Breakfast: 3/4 Cup oatmeal made with milk (250mL) and 1tbsp brown sugar/ cinnamain,
un- sweetened apple sauce, and another fruit (1/2 cup berries, 1/4 cup dried, 1/2 cup canned/ diced, small banana, medium fruit- apple/ orange/ etc .. or 125mL fruit juice)

Lunch: Salad with 1/4 cup nuts/ seeds (almonds) and other dried fruits/ fresh fruit, vegetables, and optional protein (quorn/ tofu/ egg’s/ beans/ chickpeas/ etc ..) with 1/4 cup cheese (or 2 tbsp grated- feta) along with 2sprays of dressing.
Consume with a yoghurt or cottage cheese (3/4 cup)

Dinner: Boca burger on a wholewheat bun/ kasier/ sandwhich thin (wholewheat) with salad or 3/4 cup cooked vegetables in 1tbsp olive oil/ 2tsp margerine with yoghurt or cottage cheese.
