how is a good way to lose belly fat, i mean more like torso fat, i have skinny arms and legs, and a pretty skinny face, but i have a lot of fat on my stomache, sides, and back, how can i help to get rid of this, through supplements, what types of exercise, or things to eat, plus how much would it cost to get liposuction over this large of an are??
