How to get rid of stubborn belly fat?
I have trouble getting rid of some "surplus" of fat in the abdomen. I lost much weight over the last couple of months (20 pounds, go me), but the last pounds are stubborn. A little about me: eat 4-5 times a day, jogging morning for 45 minutes or less and do about 300 crunches at night. Any advice would be great. Should I increase the number of crunches I do every day?
Katy Hey, good job getting 20 lbs. So many people try and never get that far, so good for you! Get your love handles can be difficult. While abdominal certainly can be effective in general, will not be nearly as effective for stubborn belly fat. What I suggest is to try some exercises apart. These are exercises where you do something at a normal rate of speed for 30 seconds, 45 or 60, and then "explode", making the exercise as fast as possible for the second 10, 15 or 30. This will surprise your body and therefore help burn unwanted fat. I can not really comment on their diet because they were not as specific. But if you're eating or drinking something with lots of sugar in it, or even processed foods, cutting the could also help get rid of that stubborn, unwanted fat in your belly. Good luck!
