How to loose “Belly Fat” to get Abs?
So, far I’m 145lbs and I’m 5″6″ – 5″7″ and i used to weigh about 198lbs. But ever since i began to do wrestling I’ve lost about 55lbs or so.
But i got this belly fat. I bugs the crap out of me.
Just wondering if there is anyone that knows how to get rid of the belly fat, cause’ it looks nasty ;D
So again my question is, whats the best way to get rid of the belly fat, to get abs?? I’ve got about 5 months to get into tip top shape, so thnx.
Edit: I have like 23-30% belly fat. Other areas are less than 11%. Also I’m a male.

I don’t eat fast-food as much. As in maybe once a month.
Also i don’t drink pop.
Also I’m in wrestling so i watch my weight.
