water
lean pocket (290 calories)
Lunch:
Ham subway sandwich on wheat (with minimal light mayo) (300ish calories)
Dinner:
some form of protein
vegetables
skim milk
minimal carb (wheat pasta, wheat rice, etc)
snack:
frozen strawberries
fiber 1 bar (140 calories)
exercise:
1.5 hours of cheerleading/tumbling/week
jog on treadmil until 200 calories burned (3-4 times a week)
