How to get rid of love handles and tummy fat?
i’m 15 years old with an 11 month old son. i still have the baby weight that i wanna loose but only on my sides and tummy. do you have any exercises or daily things i can drink to loose it? thanks
15 with a baby already, wow is all i can say. If you get the time exercise for at least an hour (treadmill). Do some sit ups too. Watch what you eat.
