  3. I got a ques. I do cardio in the morning around 5am. Should I eat before that cardio session, or should I do it still in a fasted state???

  10. Thanks for the video. My doctor told me that I was at risk for prostate cancer because my father had it. But my father eats junk, has high cholesterol and hypertension and I don't. So what should I tell my doctor when he wants to check my prostate with his finger?
