Does swimming help to lose the belly fat?
I have a swimming pool at my house & i have a belly / not big just a kinda fat belly. I want to lose weight & does swimming help to lose like that fat everywhere like in you’re belly & like your whole body?
And im doing this so i can stay fit to play soccer & does it help to swim to get fit and play soccer? Also yes i watch my food diet & all that so its just a exercise question.
swimming is good exercise for your entire body, but your stomach is actually probably the least worked area. It will help you tone your arms and legs mostly
