trying to tone up my stomach and my whole body in general ?

Hey guys, i bought the iron gym for Christmas and i have been working out with it since the first of January, i started off doing around 10 pull ups, 10 push ups, 10 sit-ups and then 10 dips, am now doing around 25 of each, obviously i wont see much improvement as its only been a month or so, i have fairly strong shoulders and arms but my belly is still like jelly, however i can feel my six pack muscles when i tense, so how could i get my whole body more toned up faster, mainly my belly. thanks icon smile oh and by the way i used to be a kinda fat kid about 3-4 years ago but i lost most weight, but i still have man boobs sorta but from working out in the past like 2 years ago there kinda of solid like pecks, yet only when i tense just like my abs. i really want to get it so my belly and chest area is firm all the time. thanks again.

Basically, it seems that you do have muscle mass, but there is a fat layer covering it, so you get a “jelly” feel, despite the fact that you are pretty strong. So in order to fix this, your best bet is to burn off the fat that may be covering your abdominal and chest area. 

The best way for burning this fat off is straight up cardio exercise. Running and jump roping will probably help a lot, but there are also a lot of other cardio options too. Work on a medium or low intensity, but with a very long, continous workout (long and light).  

Be sure to keep training your actual muscles too, so that when fat is burned, you do have muscle to show. Eat a balanced diet, with more vegetables and a good amount of carbs and proteins. However, don’t starve yourself, because otherwise anything you eat will be converted straight to fat instead. The best way is to eat small meals and healthy snacks every 2,3,4 hours.

Remember, to lose weight you need to burn off 3,500 calories per pound, so burning 500 a day will lose you a pound a week (hopefully fat).
