How to lose belly and BOOB fat fast? What to eat, how much to exercise?
I need to lose this before Christmas (possibly 15 lbs)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What to eat:
- Try to eat salads, it’s a proven fact that eating salad before anything else reduces your fat intake by almost 15%. So, start off your meal with a bit of salad, and try not to use fat toppings (just some salt, vinegar and olive oil will make it taste wonderfully and will not add much fat) – I like iceberg lettuce, see what works for you.
- Integrate your proteins with chicken breasts. I microwave a couple and use a bit of BBQ sauce. They taste AWESOMELY and are great for you.
What to do:
- I suggest you walk. Walk to work, walk to the park, walk everywhere you can – you will lose a lot of weight without even noticing.
- Last but not least, try to exercise a little. Exercising increases your muscle mass and guess what? Muscle mass will burn fat even AFTER you’ve stopped exercising! Even just a few crunches every day will make a world of difference. Do 20 repetitions 3 times with a one minute pause inbetween each set. Crunches won’t be hard on your back if you remember one simple rule; keep your chin towards the ceiling, not on your chest.
