is it true that when you strengthen a specific area the muscle becomes bigger. I read that muscles can burn calories without even a person moving so i think that if a specific area is strenghten and it increased in muscle mass then i believe the muscle there burns fat stores around a specific area.

@Clarince1 in a big way, what hes saying its true but not 100 porcent, cuz like u said. the bigger the muscle the more fat ur gonna burn from that area, but i guess the message hes traying to send its to that ppl that thinks that by doing abbs they should get a 6 pack, wich its a lie, the only way to get a 6 pack is by burning all the fat . doing lots of abbs only change the size and the form of ur abbs, not the fat that is around…
