What exercises are beneficial for you for losing stomach fat and chest fat?
I am starting my exercises tomorrow and I wanted to find out what average people exercises for their stomach/chest were + if they were effective as I believe no nonsense on the internet like “Buy this you’ll be slim within 2 weeks” BULLCR*P. Also if you could say how long it was before you started seeing results as I am losing weight for prom which is in about 65 days.

The best exercises you can do to loss your fat in your stomach and chest is doing a ab workout with cardio exercises. My favorite stomach exercise is bicycle crunches. By using your arms and legs at the same time you get enhanced work in your stomach muscles, and by twisting you get increased work in your oblique muscles. All parts of your stomach are worked with this one exercise. You can change tempos to change the effect. Moving slowly focuses on developing endurance and will give you a deep burn; whereas, moving quickly will help you develop power and speed. You don’t need any equipment except the floor, and you can even do bicycle crunches on a weight bench in between other exercises. But If you’ve never done bicycle crunches before, go slowly in the beginning and build up over time.
And also do cardio exercises like jogging, walking, etc. cardio exercise will juice up your
metabolism even after you have completed your workout. What this means, is that your body will
continue to burn body fat hours after you have done your workouts.
And eat nutritious foods like eating a high quality protein source with each meal and snack that you eat. Quality proteins from grass-fed meats, grass-fed raw dairy, and even from plant sources such as nuts and beans provides good appetite suppression so you can control your calorie intake easier. And Make sure to eat at least some healthy fats in most of your meals. Eating enough healthy fats is very important for maintaining proper fat burning and muscle building hormone levels in your body. Adequate healthy fats in your diet also helps in keeping your appetite under control. And drink plenty of water.
