Exercise to Rid Belly Fat

How can I get rid of belly fat if I diet and exercise and lose fat everywhere else but there?

Im into fitness but I cant seem to shed the bely fat. I do weight watchers, about 2 hours of cardio a week plus weights, I do crunches and leg lifts. My body fat is about 7-8% and I weigh about 164 and Im 5ft 6in.
Just so everyone knows, I am a male, not female, so my body fat is not unhealthy, should of mentioned that earlier. I am in great shape except for the stomach (belly). Upper and lower abs are good, just the middle sucks…Thanks!
