Eliminating Stomach Fat

need help eliminating body fat?

i wanna know if anyone can give some suggestions on cutting body fat…ive always been an active guy…i wrestled and boxed my whole life (im 21 now) and ive tried many things but i dunno maybe ive done them wrong…i diet and am able to lose pounds or whatever, but the fat stays…it started with babyfat around my stomach and sides, and its been there all the way thru school until now where im not fat or overweight, but my body is cut except i just cant manage to cut the fat around my abs and mainly my lovehandle areas around to my lower back…just for your own use im 5’10″ 182 lbs (like i said, not real big or fat but i cant get rid of the fat around those areas….also, my thigh and under my butt area have some i wanna get rid of as well)…can any1 help me, or suggest anything…even if its liposuction, where to go and how much it costs?? thanx

  1. situps are great for building muscle, but you need to do a cardio workout inorder to burn off the excess fat otherwise you are just building muscle UNDER the fat. by the way, being 120 at 5'6 is quite skinny- i doubt you even have excess fat anywhere on your body- but, i can understand- if you dont see yourself they way you think you should be then nothing anyone says will help. try running or hip hop classes or boxing. they are great cardio workouts.
