how to shed love handles w/o losing much weight?
im around 5’9, weighing 155 lbs, im not really fat, in fact i have somehow a flat tummy, my problem is that i have excess fat at my love handles.. what should i do, they say workouts on those parts does not really eliminate them, that the best way was to exercise. but what if i became underweight?
Step1. To get rid of love handles, modify your diet. Stick to whole grains, lean protein and fruits & vegetables.
